With just over 3 weeks to go to the 2019 Spencers Wood Carnival we are pretty well organised. This year we welcome Parkers Estate Agents back to us alongside WhiteKnights Estate Agents as our Sponsors for the raffle tickets and supply of advertising.

There has been a steady booking of local community groups as well as craft, food and entertainment stalls and pitches. Sausages, burgers, Curry, Noodles, Sandwiches, Guyanese and Thai food, Donuts and plenty more to keep you fed and watered and not forgetting the special Carnival Ale supplied by 'The Farriers'.

Live Music throughout the day and evening. Circus Scenes (Cathy Valentine) will be attending again this year with her Circus skills. We will be welcoming John Coneley's Funfair this year as Lee of Mason's funfair has relocated to Cornwall. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Lee, his family and Crew for supporting the Carnival for the last 11 years. We welcome back the Accousitic Beatles Shambles who will be entertaining us from 7.00pm so think of your most obscure Beetles song for them to play.

This year we also welcome back 'Hands on Art' see all the craft activities in the Marquee for everyone to try and we will also have a Djembe Drum workshop. 

Please don't forget to bring a contribution to the Food bank as your entry fee! 

We always need volunteers for selling raffle tickets and writing up the stubbs so please email us on or find us at the information tent. If you would like to donate anything for the raffle please also contact us via email or if you wish to book a stall we still have a few spaces left.
